Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your curls, so if a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 15 days of delivery. Please ensure items are at least 75% full and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original box or any sturdy mailing envelope, ensuring the caps are tightened to prevent leaks during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
